Mom and Sisters are in Seattle
Mom, Kotya and Becca all made it to Seattle last night. They didn't get to see Millie after they got in (it was too late) but they were able to visit with her several times today. After seeing her, Mom said it will be a long way to recovery. They didn't have her sedated, but she was still in heavy sleep. Mom said it is sad to see Millie this way, but she is certain that it is good for Millie to have her sisters around. Millie wiggles her feet when they touch her toes.
Right now the doctors are waiting for the edema in her brain to go down and then they may consider moving her back to Alaska. It still may be another 7-10 days before they know that.
The girls are all sharing a 3-bed room at an inn that is located within the same hospital where Millie is. They only have to take an elevator down a few floors and they are right there with her.

I'm glad your mom and Aunts have been able to go and visit with your Aunt Millie. I think it does her good to have family around.
